Session Fees

• Individual Therapy: $175 per 50-minute session

• Family Therapy: $225 per 50-minute session

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, many insurance plans offer partial or full reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.

To determine your benefits, I encourage you to ask your insurance provider:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?

• Is there an annual deductible I need to meet first?

• How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?

I am happy to provide a superbill (a receipt of services) upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Payment Options

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on financial need. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to discuss availability.
